Economical system has been our FLOATING WAVE PROTECTION SYSTEM (FWPS).  Extensive

Research and Development has been done by the Corps of Engineers, Goodyear Rubber Co., GLR

Construction Co. and many others.  We at AOC have improved the FWPS still more from their experience.

Most of the Flotation Device Manufacturers have neglected to consider the Main Failure Mechanism, the SUN’s DETERIORATION.  Poly-Urethane materials commonly used in tires to provide the Flotation

Characteristics will decompose from the Sun’s Ultra-Violet Rays.  Much of this is Flotation Materials for Boat Flotation.

AOC has developed a Water Blown Poly-Urethane with a U.V. Stabilizer and a Special Coating that Seals and Resists the Sun’s Ultra-Violet Rays.

Our unique molding process, Specially designed for the FWPS, Molds and Coats the Flotation Device in one process.

RESULTS:  A more economical production process with much longer Life.

Owners of the AOC FWPS system are experiencing a much longer Life and Much more economical.

For Example:  Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven, Florida, a very Prestigious Park, has increased the life

expectancy of their FWP System considerably.
